Please read all these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of goods by you. We are The Farm Supply People Ltd a company registered in Scotland under the number SC464738 with registered office West Forth Farm, Main Street, Forth, LANARK, ML11 8HD.
These are the terms on which we sell all our goods to you. By ordering any goods, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. You can only purchase the goods from the website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.
As we rely on our suppliers, we do not guarantee that the goods advertised on our website are available. We may change these terms from time to time and the terms that apply to you are those posted on here on our website on the day you order the goods.
Pricing and Payment
The Price is set out in the order. It is possible the price may have increased from that posted on our website. If that happens we will not delivery the goods until you have confirmed that you wish to buy at the new price. If, by mistake we have underpriced goods, we will not be liable to supply those goods to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the goods.
The price does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the end of our order before you are asked to pay.
Orders placed can be paid for via debit card, credit card and cash on delivery/collection. Payment in Pound Sterling currency only will be accepted. Charges incurred by The Farm Supply People Ltd for debt recovery costs on an outstanding balance, will be added to the outstanding balance.
Delivery, Postage & Packaging
We do not sell the goods in all countries. We may refuse to deliver goods if you live a country we do not serve.
If we do not have the goods you ordered in stock, we will offer you alternative. If this happens you may:
· Accept the alternatives we offer
· Cancel all or part of the order.
Delivery costs will be shown after you have placed you order. If you would like to discuss delivery options for larger items, please contact us.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, but you must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt, that you would like to return the goods. You will then be responsible for the return of the UNUSED and UNOPENED goods within 7 days at your own cost. Once we have received goods and they have been checked a full refund will be issued. This does not include perishable animal feeds.
